The stay was amazing and so was the majority of the staff. In fact, Wanda service desk representative went above and beyond. However, there one representative name Cooke who was rude. I decided not let let her overshadow what was otherwise an amazing stay

Dated property. Carpeting is stained both in the hallways and the rooms. Terrible shower curtains. Fridge was “plopped” on the floor with no thought. I’d rather not have one. Lighting in rooms is terrible. Housekeeping and bar staff were great!

Great weekend off DuPont Circle
Great property, in a terrific location, with excellent service and comfortable bed. Oddly no hand soap in bathroom, and no breakfast menu available for review, so we went out for breakfast. Otherwise a great stay!

We checked in and there was no room available however we received a text and an email that the room was fine and when we checked in the desk, person and manager proceeded to give us a letter stating that it was Expedia‘s fault that the reservation was screwed up and they turned off their system and somehow You still booked the room… They were not the least bit interested in helping us find an alternate room. I don’t know if I’ve been charged for this room or not and it completely screwed things up and I missed a dinner reservation with family that I have not seen in about a year .
