Unfortunately, our stay wasn't the best. Our room was not ready at check and ending up being closer to 6pm until it was ready. When we finally got to the room, it was extremely hot and no way to control the temperature. We called the front desk and they sent someone up to the room. He was able to regulate the temperature somewhat but not by much. It was so hot in the room that we could not sleep. It's unfortunate that the accommodations were not better because the amenities such as the rooftop bar was terrific.

I love the location and the general feel of the hotel. The restaurants aren’t open for breakfast but room service is available from a cafe next door and the food was excellent. My only complaint is that early check in - before 4- carries a surcharge even if a room might be available. Despite that I love the hotel. It’s my go to spot in DC.
