The Mayflower was a lovely hotel. Our room had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff were great! The lobby and bar area are beautiful. My only complaint is the bar staff were older with dry personalities and were less than accommodating. Drinks were good, but their service needed an upgrade.

The room is out of date! Nothing provided in the room unless you ask for them including water and sleepers. There is no kettle to boil hot water if you want to have tea. Poorly facilitated. The size of the room is big, but beds are small. Very dissappointed!

Great Location, Clean and safe!
Such a great hotel, beautiful exterior and grand halls inside. Our room was just as it was pictured, clean and spacious, great location. I will come back next time I'm in D.C.
