The check in guy had weird energy. He did not properly answer questions nor did he seem interested in the fact that i had a few questions. The carpeted area in my room was not freshly vacuumed. The bed was very comfortable. The valet guys were cool.

From start to finish the hotel was exceptional! I absolutely loved my one bedroom suite—it was great—clean, chic and comfortable! Throughout my stay I received several texts messages from the manager and staff on duty if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable! Jose at first desk was very professional, pleasant and helpful! The location was nice with eateries within walking distance! I could stay in my room all day that is how comfortable I felt!

This is a new hotel. It is beautiful. The staff is friendly and engaged. The rooms are nice and modern. The bathroom floor in my room was questionably clean but everything else seemed fine. The restaurant food was good but the food choices were somewhat limited. The Metro Train station was right outside my window-it was noisy at times. I would request a non railroad side room if I returned. The room was pricey for just one night-over $500

The hotel is in an excellent location, one block walk from the DC metro station. The neighborhood is NOMA, a gentrified area with shops, restaurants, and newer residential buildings, but still not too crowded or loud at night or weekends. The hotel itself is quite new and in great condition. Decor is what I would describe as simple elegant
