Location is great, very convenient and walkable. the hotel has history and charisma. The room is not very big - especially the bathroom area; beds are quite comfortable. It is the only hotel in DC that can have a glimpse of the White House. Try the roof restaurant.

Despite the hotel being in a historic structure, it’s no frills modern inside. We went during the holiday and it was a madhouse, staff were overwhelmed yielding a not so great experience. The location, cross the street from the White House and related areas was terrific.

An amazing evening
It was magical evening experience and we went Bobby’s Van restaurant as walking as few blocks and we had great time as staying hotel. I can’t believe that I fell asleep in really amazing bed I am wondering what kind of mattress lol!. We will come back!
