The front desk ladies did not speak English at all. They said can only provide paper statement or electric copy. They can not provide both. This sounds ridiculous.

We loved the small village feel of Yokote. The Hotel Plaza Annex provided modern amenities, but had an old world charm. The onsen baths on the first and second floor were beautiful and relaxing.
