Loved it - friendly staff , very accommodating

one of the best stays you'll ever have. don't do the all inclusive unless you plan on drinking a ton or doing multiple excursions every day. but it's literally the best place. would go back for a romantic stay or with family again.

Our Habitas is nestled on the top of a mountain and it boasts 360 views. The Savannah rooms are breezy and beautiful. The staff truly makes you feel at home. The food was delicious and the safari drives were fabulous. My only suggestion is that you stay for more than 1 night.

Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, served by the excellent, considerate and light-hearted waiting staff. When I appeared to have lost my passport just before leaving, Stephanie on the front desk instantly jumped into fully supportive tracking mode, and together we found it. The approach to service seemed excellent throughout all the staff I encountered.

The staff were so helpful and organised a quick local tour for us as we were only briefly in Windhoek. Breakfast was excellent. The dinner was very elegant but rather ‘haute cuisine’ great for a celebration meal - we enjoyed our plates but prefer to have some more simple dishes on the menu.

Did not use spa but pool cool and refreshing. Friendly, accommodating staff ready to go the extra mile for you. Tasty food, interesting and informative game drive - saw many animals , great sundowner party! Relaxing place to start our holiday especially after a long flight. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED Absou
