I was given a room key n find the room door open 2” n the tv on I felt unsafe n was issued another room The hall reeked of cannibis The elevator to the pool was broken n the only way to enter was out main entrance, walk across parking lot, enter pool door Couldn’t swim like my son loves bc we weren’t going to walk in 7* temp outside wet back to our room Disappointed

Well im dealing with a death . And i order the holtel at the beginning ofmy trip ! My car broke down i ask them to cancel the room and refund me ive been her before a few time i like the place a lil disappointed in the service. At the time of my life not thrilled the toke my money ! I stayed the night at best Western .. i didnt stay here but they toke my money with no problem ! Well plan your trip well if emergency comes up to bad you at a lost with this one !! No morals

There was nothing uniqe about it.i payed for two nights.arived a day late.they cancelled my stay keep my money.me and my family came from out of town.waited in the lobby for 3 hours.take in mind i pre payed.they told me i didnt have a reservation.i explained to them i had nowhere to go.they found me a room for 150.00..so was chared over three hunderd dollers for 6 hrs.man cant wait to bring my family here next year.

This property was the worst property. I've seen in my whole life, including in my sketchy. 20s, when we would all go to Motel 6. It appears that people are living in this hotel. Blood on walls bathrooms, absolutely disgusting. Nothing has been cleaned or cared for stains and damages on all walls. Throughout the hotel and the pool smells absolutely disgusting would not recommend this property at all except for demolition.

First the photos from your website must be 20 years old the hotel didn't look anything like the website.. The entire hotel from the parking lot to the room was a disaster.Paint falling of the wall, worn out carpet on the stairs..Paint missing on wall and the elevators passenger limits and safty sign was held up by blue painters tape. The shower and tub in the room were disgusting..The frame and specet were covered in black mold.... My wife and I spit a hour in the room went and did what we had planned and came back and left because the people hanging out in the parking lot and lobby was the last straw...

Absolutely disgusting. There were cob webs on the ceilings, black mold on the caulk in the tub, the tub had stains all over it, the tub jets didn't work, there was open wires on the ceiling, the room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, the floors in the room looked like they haven't been vacuumed in ages and last the tv didn't work and i have pictures of all of that.

Don’t judge a property from the outside … this place is worse on the inside. Once you enter the elevator, walk the hallways to your room … it is so dirty and obviously no one cleans the floors in this place. The rooms were outdated as well.

the pool was out of order, no tv remote, the room smells like smoke, the microwave didn't work the bathroom light would go out had to switch the braker to get it to work. the clock was broken. no phone to call the front desk and when i used my phone they hung up on me. Never would i stay there even if it was free!!

Negative 300 stars.
I have been traveling my whole life. This is number 1, the worst homeless living community i have ever seen. Kids roaming the halls unsupervised. You will smell like urine, smoke and dumpster upon leaving. We decided not to stay after seeing the room, the janitor was running the front desk so i had to come back the next day to request a refund from the manager. Upon arriving was told there is only a 75% refund policy. I didnt feel this was acceptable, i asked to speak to his manager because i want a 100% refund. He told me his manager does not have a phone number. He called the police to try to intimidate me to leave. When the police arrived they reassured me i was not doing anything wrong and thay this is not a place to stay with family. Don't let the cesspool fool you. Hotels.com should be ashamed to promote such a disgusting establishment.

I recently stayed at American Inn & Suites Waterford, and it was a truly terrible experience. I booked through Expedia, where the photos looked decent, but they are blatant false advertising. If I had read even a single Google review beforehand, I would have saved myself the trouble and expense. The entire property is in serious disrepair and feels extremely unsafe. The front door requires no key for entry at any hour, meaning anyone can walk in at any time. My room’s door locks were barely functional, and the front desk was often unattended. The elevator felt dangerous, and I noticed electrical panels patched together with duct tape. There’s no breakfast offered despite a designated area in the lobby, and the Wi-Fi is unsecured. My room was shockingly dirty—only one of two lamps worked, and the TV had just local channels and home shopping. The bed frame was falling apart, and the bed skirts were stained and clearly unwashed. Cobwebs covered the room, the "jacuzzi tub" was unusable due to mold, and the sink wouldn’t drain. The poorly sealed window let in freezing air, and the heater was so loud and inconsistent it made sleeping impossible. The entire hotel reeked of cigarettes, marijuana, and cooking odors. People were lingering in the halls at all hours, and I suspected some guests were there for prostitution. Garbage, including a bag with a dirty diaper, was left in the hallway. To make matters worse, I came home with three bug bug bites.

Great value for the price. While the property could use a makeover. The room was clean, including the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, sheets were nice and bathroom towels were fine. I recommend it for an inexpensive place to sleep.

The place reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. There was no Smoke Detector in the room, just a hole in the ceiling with wires sticking out (I have pictures). The bathroom was disgusting with stains and spackle patches that weren't even sanded down. The bathroom ceiling had MOLD on the tiles. There were exposed screws from something that USED to hand on the wall but wasn't there. The stairwells were LITTERED with trash, and all kinds of debris, some of it unidentifyable. I booked 3 nights and didn't stay for even 1, it felt so unsafe. I could smell people smoking in the hotel and not having a smoke alarm just sealed it for me, and I left.
