Room was not clean, the jacuzzi tube was nasty when we turned the jets on it turned the water brown. There were bugs crawling on the floor ( cockroaches) The gentleman that checked my husband in on 2/14/2025. Stole his new iPhone 15 We will not recommend this hotel site to anyone.

Stayed there in December of 2024 and had a decent experience. But This time around most recently Smelled horrible, bath tub was disgusting with mold, Stained sheets, tv didn’t work. Emergency exits blocked off with tape. Pool was gross. Not sure how it fell apart in 3 months … but don’t feel safe to go back….

Smelled like cigarettes in the lobby but I just thought it was someone who came in from outside. No.... It was the whole hotel it's treated as a halfway house it's right next to a rehab center in the shopping plaza. Weed cigarettes and dog pee is the entirety of what you'll be dealing with during your stay. Went into the room and had to open a window to get rid of the smell only for the window to get stuck open....lampshades got blood on them bathroom hasn't been cleaned yeah sure they replaced the toilet paper and soap but nothing has been wiped down. Toilet had pubic hairs on it. I had to go out and get cleaner to clean my own room bc they won't refund and won't change rooms. Maintenance guy they have their with the shorts on all the time is rude and blamed us for the window being stuck open and not their ghetto caulked on hotel windows. Fountain in the lobby is filthy you can see how dirty the water is probably hasn't been cleaned since it was built. The door lock on the inside of the hotel had been nailed on their from what I can tell two separate occasions from it being kicked in. Smoke detector had a bag on it from the last tenant. Fridge and freezer had mold when we opened it. One of the lamps didn't turn on and it was plugged in so obviously it was broken and never replaced. Shower head is ancient you can tell from the mineral deposit spots. Water when you turned it on smelled like wet dog don't trust the water at all. Carpet is caked with dirt and god knows what.

Toilet flooded, ceiling peeling, and wall base fell off. The ceiling was caved in the bedroom.... I was disappointed the hotel was in much better condition a year ago. The rooms are under renovation so the place is falling apart hallways are not swept. I've had better stays.

Needs an update.

Room was missing a lamp from one of the night stands. Floor lamp didn't have a light bulb. No hangers on the clothing bar. The jacuzzi tub looked terrible. They need to use some CLR or magic erasers or something to clean it. Carpet was in bad shape. Needs a new mattress. On a positive note, the desk staff was very friendly.

I was given a room key n find the room door open 2” n the tv on I felt unsafe n was issued another room The hall reeked of cannibis The elevator to the pool was broken n the only way to enter was out main entrance, walk across parking lot, enter pool door Couldn’t swim like my son loves bc we weren’t going to walk in 7* temp outside wet back to our room Disappointed

Well im dealing with a death . And i order the holtel at the beginning ofmy trip ! My car broke down i ask them to cancel the room and refund me ive been her before a few time i like the place a lil disappointed in the service. At the time of my life not thrilled the toke my money ! I stayed the night at best Western .. i didnt stay here but they toke my money with no problem ! Well plan your trip well if emergency comes up to bad you at a lost with this one !! No morals

There was nothing uniqe about it.i payed for two nights.arived a day late.they cancelled my stay keep my money.me and my family came from out of town.waited in the lobby for 3 hours.take in mind i pre payed.they told me i didnt have a reservation.i explained to them i had nowhere to go.they found me a room for 150.00..so was chared over three hunderd dollers for 6 hrs.man cant wait to bring my family here next year.
