Great location with very helpful staff

Hotel is in a great location. You can walk everywhere. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Good food in the bar. Would stay again if ever visiting Waterford.

Fabulous hotel!

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. We were served our food. We ate dinner in the bar restaurant. It was delicious and more than we could eat. Fabulous location as well.

A hotel lost in the bygone days

The hotel was a good size, with restaurant, bar, live music. The room was also a good size with a single bed besides the double bed. Overlooking the Quay at Waterford. The hotel did feel tired which was not helped by not having any water for the room, I had to nip to the local store. No safe in the room is unusual. We enjoyed our stay but probably would not return. This was not really a hotel for us. If it was brought back to 2025 then who knows.

Room was clean and comfortable but you can hear all the noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridors. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Overall a pleasant stay.
