Staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean but smelled like a wet dog. Door was pretty beat up. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

The chlorine smell in the pool area was terrible. My kids had to leave aa they started coughing and everyones eyes were burning. The air conditioner in our room sometimes sounded like it was ready to die, but it did work. Staff was very nice.

It was very clean, didn't trigger my anxiety at all. Very comfortable bed, relaxing shower head with multiple settings, and fun pool that I had a hard time dragging my 5 year old out of. Staff was very accommodating and we barely needed anything because our room already had it. The breakfast was hearty and full of options. We didn't want to leave when the time came, it was a great experience. Well done!
