Breakfast was ok but you had to fight to get food and the one employee seemed indifferent about restocking items. We notified by cleaning staff check out was 11:00 and then after calling the desk and confirming 12:00, was told they were new employees so that made it ok ???? Will probably seek other options in that price point.

Horrible

Booked it for my folks-in-law. No soap, linens were both used (not clean and used) in 2 rooms. Rooms (2) were not cleaned prior to my folks arriving. Won’t book again and will not stay within the chain. Completely unacceptable.

Couldn't access first room assigned. Refrigerator did not work, but was replaced. Ice machine on our floor was disassembled. Looked like someone had spilled something on upholstered chair. Only 3 small pillows for a king size bed. Staff was quite helpful and did what they could. They just need finish their re-model.

The staff were super friendly but not always helpful. No hairdryers as posted on your website, ice machine only works on the 1st floor, refrigerator doesn’t really work other than make noise. Also there’s no hot water source for tea, etc. you must go through the office staff. Unfortunately that singular source does not consistently work. Water in air pumps is warm, not hot. The floors need aThe best part about the stay was the staff! The night crew was friendly and welcoming.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel where it was ok for people to party (yelling, slamming doors, smoking weed) until close to 3 am. No staff ever told them to keep it down. Will not be staying there again

The big issue was the bed. It had a major low spot in the center of the bed. It was uncomfortable. Felt like you were sleeping on a hill. This should really be replaced.

Lack of curtains/blinds

Room was less than desirable. For the windows they only had a sheer curtain, which clearly blocks out absolutely nothing. Middle of night outside lights shine in. The hard wood floor was not very clear, hair on floor in bathroom.

The staff is extremely friendly but…our bed didn’t have a mattress cover, just the sheet. We pulled back the sheet and the mattress looked old and stained. The breakfast in the morning smelled good. Two of the three hot food containers were empty but that could have been because there was only half hour left of breakfast (8:30 on a Thursday).

When I arrived, it was late. There was another guest dealing with an issue while kids were climbing on staircase. The worker didnt mind at all. He remained calm while the guest was asking for a replacement room or pull out couch due to urine on it. When we took our room, we went to the pool. There were no towels for the pool. I was told, "everyone took them, so I cant wash any." There were no empty towel return bins. How does a hotel run out of pool towels? Close the pool if you dont have towels. Secondly, and more importantly, when we went to use the beds, a mouse dropping was found under the pillow. One of the pillows had yellow stains on the cover. And there were several spots of hair and grime or residue on the sheets and under the mattress. The bathroom also had pinkish liquid all over the right side wall in front of mirror. I went to tell the worker, and again, he had no pillows or blankets to replace. He apologized and was very nice, but could only give me new covers. My kids froze all night. The breakfast buffet had a great spread, but again, I wasnt feeling up to eating after what we saw in the room, and hearing what the previous guest the night before was complaining about.
