When I arrived, it was late. There was another guest dealing with an issue while kids were climbing on staircase. The worker didnt mind at all. He remained calm while the guest was asking for a replacement room or pull out couch due to urine on it. When we took our room, we went to the pool. There were no towels for the pool. I was told, "everyone took them, so I cant wash any." There were no empty towel return bins. How does a hotel run out of pool towels? Close the pool if you dont have towels. Secondly, and more importantly, when we went to use the beds, a mouse dropping was found under the pillow. One of the pillows had yellow stains on the cover. And there were several spots of hair and grime or residue on the sheets and under the mattress. The bathroom also had pinkish liquid all over the right side wall in front of mirror. I went to tell the worker, and again, he had no pillows or blankets to replace. He apologized and was very nice, but could only give me new covers. My kids froze all night. The breakfast buffet had a great spread, but again, I wasnt feeling up to eating after what we saw in the room, and hearing what the previous guest the night before was complaining about.

Excellent stay every time!

My family has stayed at this hotel three times now. It has become our go to hotel when visiting my daughter in college at UNI for her college athletic meets. They have a friendly staff who went above and beyond to help our stay be a good one. The breakfast is excellent and the pool, hot tub and fitness center are great perks! I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

We arrived at 345 to check in and no rooms were clean because they were sold out. We went back to check in at 930 after the hockey game and were given keys. We walked into our room not clean. It was FILTHY dirty laundry from previous guests on chair no sheets no blankets, mirror on the floor as the bracket had broke on the wall. Mold all over the bathroom. When we went up and asked to have sheets and blankets none could be found initially. After about an hour or so the lady at the front desk Alexis was able to find us sheets and one blanket but nothing else was clean for us. Next morning when checking out I asked for the general manager or supervisor and they wouldn’t even come out and talk to me just told me call Expedia I’m not dealing with it. We will NEVER be back to this hotel and I hope no one else does either. Thankfully we were granted a full refund but I doubt that is always the case.

Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are beautiful and my stay was great until this morning. The staff are great but Don't ask for a late check out they have poor communication here. The manager is arrogant and rude to guests when it isn't the guests fault they have poor communication between themselves. He acted like giving me 30 mins was an unreasonable request. I will be finding different accommodations for any future occations.

Excellent stay! Great for solo trips

Everything was great! Check in was easy with no difficulties. My room was very clean and comfortable! The only complaint that I have was the kids running up and down the main hallway and slamming doors until close to midnight. Not sure if there was a tournament in town.

I called the hotelwhen my friend and I were a few hours away from arrival. DJ answered and was extremely friendly and let us know that he could accommodate us by giving us a top floor room when we arrived, When we arrived, DJ was extremely personable and got us some plates to heat up our leftovers as well as water and juice, which was great after our 4 Hour drive. He came across as a genuinely friendly and caring person who was a pleasure to meet. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the pool was good for swimming laps. The only disappointment was that the Jacuzzi was only lukewarm rather than hot.

The staff was quick and helpful even though they were fully booked. They did run out of pool towels and I had to ask for more breakfast utensils but they were happy to help and friendly and fast. Only downfall is doors are loud when they open and shut so i could hear the neighbors all night in and out.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was dirty , unswept floors, thick cobwebs, unwiped faucet, used pouch in the coffee maker. Thermostat/fan wouldn't maintain hot or cold and the mattress totally sagged in the middle. Terrible nights sleep.
