We have stayed here previously and had an excellent stay. This time there was a terrible smell in the room, especially bathroom. Smelled like cat urine. Also the price of the hold for incidentals went up to $100 and we were told it would come off following check out. The charge is still pending over a week later and every time I call the hotel they’ve said they would look into it and call back and have not. I definitely won’t be staying here again. Very disappointed

The hotel is close to the UNI campus, it was perfect for our trip. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was so friendly and welcoming.

I absolutely DID NOT LIKE that they stuck my receipt in the outside of my door. That receipt had my name, address, room charges, and the last 4 numbers of the card I had used for payment. Anyone could have walked by and taken it and my personal information could have been stolen. They should not stick receipts with personal information on it in the outside of the door l

Great place to stay in Cedar Falls

I had a great stay in Cedar Falls at the Country Inn and Suites! The place is quiet, staff were friendly, and I enjoyed a nice soak in the (clean) hot tub after a long day. Breakfast included, so this was a great value, too.
