Nice Stay

The rooms are super comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom is nice and updated with a nice size shower. We ate at the portico and the food was really good but was only luke warm. By the time we had a couple bites it was cold. Our server was fantastic and she was nice and attentive. Over all a very nice visit.

All in all it was good value for a room. Many different dining options, food is very good. Beds are very comfy & rooms clean Staff is friendly & helpful. Staff wouldnt match online price , sobit was cheaper to book thru 3rd party! Odd i thought. Also the automatic revolving door ia still out of order after 4 months! Would recommend & will stay again.

I purchased travel insurance. It stipulated free cancellation up to 7:59 AM on the day of check in. My wife awoke at 9:30AM with an illness that forced a cancellation. BS!!! For example, what if the guest has a serious car crash en route, or is informed of a death in the family etc. Yes, it’s sour grapes on my part. AIG makes money, Expedia gets a cut, and Delago takes in the majority of the $150.00 My Discover card is being charged and I received ZERO PRODUCT OR SERVICE!!!! That was my last booking with Expedia or Delago!!!!
