On my 3 night stay I had asked for my room to be serviced. It was never cleaned and towels were not replaced. The bathroom door, a heavy sliding door, was off its track and leaning against the wall. It appeared to have been like this for quite some time. I ate at Twin Spires all 3 nights. The food was average for bar food but the bartender's attention was tough to get. I don't drink alcohol so maybe that slowed down my service. Over all, it was an ok experience, but nothing to write home about.
