Aspen Village is a basic, reasonably price motel in the heart of Waterton. The beds were firm but comfortable and the bathroom had been updated with newer fixture. The disappointment to us was the TV programming. No local channels or networks for news/sports - everything was streamed. Satellite services are available in Waterton but the motel owners chose not to subscribe. Internet services in the room were very good.

We liked the location And the comfort but our TV did not work and we asked for help to correct the issues and it was not fixed. The A/C did not work but we were fortunate the wind cooled the room off later in the evening. We would stay again

Overall, the property was enjoyable, but a significant concern arose during our stay. We found ticks in the room—one was killed, and unfortunately, I discovered another on my neck after checking out, which had bitten me. This is a serious issue that must be addressed, as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
