Only one staff member at front desk, a lady took forever to check because she wasn’t happy with the room she was given, so a line up formed from her long check-in. Room could have been cleaned better. Found a 4 inch hair clip on the floor by the bed, dirty facecloth hanging from the top of the shower stall. Window needs fixing couldn’t get it to crank closed, had to push on it from out side. The place is very convenient to everywhere and the bed was comfortable, but after finding the hair clip wonder if the sheets had even been changed.

Our suite had a great location and handy kitchen. But no daily service, old food in cupboards, no extra pillows, untidy landscaping, and the coffee maker didn’t work with the supplies provided. Overall decent stay.

It’s acceptable and comfortable.

Great location. The village feels a bit dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. Even without air conditioning, it was fine in September. Overall, it’s an acceptable stay, though the price is a little high

Absolutely loved this little resort. The front staff were so kind and lovely. The beds were clean as were the washrooms and room as a whole. Loved the little cottage-rooms as parking was really easy. One thing I would improve is the bed mattress, as well as removing the mention of a pool from the amenities as it wasn’t open. Even in the welcome email/msg on Expedia says that it will be open in August, yet it was not. Other than that,we will be staying here again for sure!

There are barely any plug ins in the room, most outlet looking areas are blanks. My daughter was unable to use her CPAP due to not having any plug ins by the bed, additionally when we asked for an extension cord they did not have any as the one they did have was used by another guest. I am assuming they had the same issue. We had to charge electronics in the bathroom overnight.
