A coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave in the room that works would be very much appreciated. Power went out in morning in some areas and a phone or access to staff would be great also, thank you!

It’s a cool old building, it’s kept clean. I think there are people actually living in the building. They left the microwave beeping almost all night, every night.

Historical older Hotel but well renovated and maintained while still showing antiquity. Clean room, fresh and comfy! Scenic view of the Rocky Mountains right outside my window... Wow 👌

Staff was great. Property was old and needed upgrading. The only complaint was there was little heat in the room. Had to request multiple blankets to keep us warm. Would recommend addressing the heating in the rooms.

I had to check in with Expedia at the front desk, they couldn’t do it. There was one channel, remote didn’t work, no coffee maker.For $170 it was a costly night for limited extras. And no breakfast.

There were water stains and peeling paint on the ceiling, there was a mass of dead insects inside the ceiling light glass, no mini fridge in the room. We found the smoke detector under the bed and I had to reattach it to the ceiling. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities nearby were awesome! 3/10 will not stay again.

Property may have been updated but not to a good standard. We had to turn on the half working aircon to drowned out the fighting couple and drunks on the street. Was only option available when we booked.

Like that it was easy to find. Didnt like that there was no coffee available in the room. No key drop off in the moening of departure and to one to avaiable to get a final receipt from upon departure.
