Jacuzzi Suite

The Hotel is located in a beautiful setting near the river. The staff were friendly and you receive a free cookie on arrival. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The room is large with an awesome shower and jetted tub. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed though I reccomend you bring your own pillow. I did and had a great sleep. The train does come by but that didn’t bother us. There is a few things that need to be updated in the bathroom. But besides that we had a good stay!

I had reserved two queen beds and my room #124 had two double beds. We made it work however that’s not what I paid for. When I mentioned the discrepancy the following morning to the front desk, they had no clue what I was talking about and couldn’t bring up the reservation. Not impressed. I’ll look elsewhere in the future

Property is very clean. Rooms are spacious. Desk attendant is very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Lots of parking is a plus as is the cookies at checkin and a 5 am breakfast is a superb touch since we have a very early start. Lovely property that appears to be well kept. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Well done!

It was North of our Expectations. Excellent service, good atmosphere, besides the train that infrequently disturbed the night (not a big nuisance) it was quite and cordial. The staff took care of the small details. We want especially to recommend Alyssa who was flexible on our very arrival at the reception and created a very good starting point. Later we met Deb and Bev who are very cordial and take care of all the details for breakfast. Great team and very good wibes. We definitely recommend. Keep going! One point for improvement - please provide options for vegan visitors. We broght our own milk (Oat Barista) and vegan cheese. If possible it will be perfect. Best regards to all of you!
