We always stay here, front desk staff are super nice. Only issue was when we came back to our room on the 2nd day, we found our room door was open and the cleaning staff had taken all our towels and didn’t leave any new ones. Front desk staff was helpful in getting new ones.

No hot water in the shower but plenty in the sink. It was weird. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Toilet ran for 5 mins after every flush. Whole hotel is starting to feel run down.

Wonderful
It is a great spot to stay for our yearly girl's shopping trip. This year, there was a winter storm occurring and the staff were lovely. We mentioned we may head home early and they said we would not be charged for our remaining night, adding that their goal was just to have everyone get home safely. Thank you for going above and beyond, we are home safe and are extremely grateful!

Hotel was clean. Bathroom outdated. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and we could follow along with the guy in the next few rooms conversations. You hear everything from the hallway. Because of this I wouldn’t stay there again.

An Excellent Choice
