Stayed here a few times. Location is great and the hotel is always lovely & clean. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Bar staff great too.

Location close to rail access to central London. Very comfortable stay, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Restaurant offered nice range of meals and food was very nice.

The heater/ac unit was not working so the room was freezing so unable to sleep. The staff were not interested in assisting me with the issue & advised me to complain to hotels.com who I had booked with.

Lovely and quiet! Staff have helpful tips about things to do in London. Only a 10 minute walk to the station (the street from the station to the hotel is quite dark though - didn’t feel comfortable walking it alone at night)

Lovely!
Really lovely stay. Hotel was very clean with helpful and friendly staff. Room was a good size (2adults & 1child) and nice and clean. Breakfast was great, good selection of food and helpful staff. Great location to Watford station/HP studios bus stop.

Nice stay, however the length of the hand soap pump is too short and you barely get any liquid out and must do it several times. This is particularly annoying when showering. Tried to buy an umbrella but no tills open, so had to go to the bar which wasn’t open either and subsequently got drenched on my way to an interview.

Value for money was really good. Facilities were all to a good standard. The room was quiet and the temperature controllable and suitable for sleeping. The buffet breakfast offered great choice and quality. There was no shaver power point. The toilet flush mechanism tended to stick in the flush position and simply needed cleaning to work properly. If I were visiting the area again, I’d make a point of returning to this hotel.
