5-Star Stay at Leonardo Hotel Watford! I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Watford and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out. Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford!

Great hotel very clean, comfortable beds great breakfast and location. We were visiting Harry Potter world and Wimbledon was a 10 minute walk to rail station and the trains to London were many and often .

Nice and well appointed hotel

Good location within short walk distance to centre. Room had air conditioning which was essential during our trip. Breakfast was good and value for money.

The property was clean and the staff was polite. They offered to keep our bags after check out because we wanted to explore the area. Breakfast was good with a fair amount of options. Walkable distance to the train station, easy access to the Harry Potter Studios Shuttle.

Broken Air Con

Air con not working. No maintenance personnel on site to fix it. No alternative room offered only a fan. No discount or refund offered. I booked this hotel specifically as it had air con so was very disappointed.

Open buffet breakfast was great. The room was comfortable for one night. Only there was no hair conditioner. I am not sure if it's not common in UK hotels. The air conditioner was hard to figure out but it was quite if needed.

All good till Thursday night then very noisy as coach load of kids turned up at 11pm doors banging till 12.30 luckily only stayed one night we stay here because so near town 5 minutes walk nice bar this is our 2 stay this year 5 nights we were there for would recommend clean big bath towels good choice of tv channels train station 10 minutes buses outside we have family and friends in Watford so great to stay thank you
