The woman who checked us in on her birthday was fabulous. She also worked the restaurant as well. Super friendly and informative. All of the staff were great. There a bonus with a band for fourth of July we didn't know about. Great overall experience.

What a View! Great Staff

Absolutely stunning view and a large and comfortable room near Watkins Glen, kayaking, and local wineries. The staff were wonderfully good and the restaurant food was excellent. The only drawback is I have never slept on hotel beds that made my back ache before, and my companion agreed. The rooms have been fully renovated but they might be the original beds. I would stay here again and regularly, if they changed the beds (hint, hint).

We loved the stay and the location was great overlooking the Seneca lake. The staff, especially at the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant ambience and food was exceptional. Unfortunately, had to cut short our visit due to personal reasons, but plans to return in the nearby future.

Amazing view
