Was horrible ....smells in the hotel where NASTY room smelled like weed BAD very dirty , mold in ice cup, pool had food in it just def nasty , and we went to go eat n to get on the elevator , n there was 3 bottles of BED BUG KILLER in the elevator ....we left immediately def would never go again

They have gambling machines in the meeting room, people were smoking in there. Staff wasn’t friendly. Our fridge in our room was moldy. They said free rollaway, then charged $30 for rollaway. Couldn’t give us a handicap room when we requested. Pool is only 3ft deep. So bigger kids can’t ride the slide. Only little little kids. Terrible repair and paint jobs in the pool area. Bathrooms in pool area were very dirty.

Our stay was good! The saff was friendly. The rooms could use new linen and mattresses. The over all cleanliness of the hotel was poor. A good cleaning could help tremendously! But, I will mention the lobby and breakfast area was much cleaner than the rest of the hotel.

This hotel has good ratings and reviews yet the quality of the rooms is very disappointing. The room is dirty, the windows and mirrors haven’t been cleaned, the picture frames in the room have some substance all over them, and the fridge was sticky and filthy.
