He then took nearly another 20 minutes to get us actually checked in. Along the way he charged us an $84.00. That was resolved the next day with a different person.

I put in to change my reservation a month before my stay through Expedia, but the hotel would not cooperate with Expedia to refund me for the night I did not need at the hotel even though I had proof that I requested the change within the cancelation timeframe. The manager seemed to be more concerned with sticking it to Expedia than helping me - the customer. Very disappointed with the hotel and will not stay at this one ever again.
