This hotel needs some major upgrades. Shower had cracks in it and it felt like you were showing in a closet. We travel a ton and this hotel really needs upgrades. Ice machine on our floor did not work but it wasn’t posted at all. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The fridge was so noisy. It sounded like it was on its last leg. Staff at front desk never even made eye contact. They were always looking down at their phones. We won’t stay there again. For a Best western Plus, which we stay at a lot, it doesn’t compare to others.

The room we stayed in was clean and the service was great. The only issue we had was the bed,it was not comfortable. The furniture and the mattress need to be updated, very uncomfortable.

I arrived around 145pm and asked for an early checkin. the lady at the desk (i feel bad bc i didn’t get a name!) was lovely! very friendly and gave great hotel information. would def stay here again if i needed to stay in the area.

At first I thought this wouldn’t be good because it’s on a main busy street with a lot of businesses but that wasn’t the case. Actually our room faced the road and it was pretty quiet. Thought I’d hear a lot of road noise but I didn’t. The hotel is very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

This location was renovated 10 years ago but has been kept in great shape. The room was very clean and did not have any smells. I love the shower (which did not need a curtain)—it's like showering in a cave. The only thing that was a little off-putting was the smell from the elevator, but I don't blame the motel. They just need to find some way to mask the smell, as it smelled like Marijuana.
