The room was dirty - the floors had not been swept or mopped, all the drawers had crumbs/ debris inside. First room we were given was non - smoking but had a heavy odor of recent cigarette smoke, AND an ashtray! Couldn't make the TV work - discovered the Direct TV box was mounted BEHIND the TV. The toilet would not flush properly, and it took nearly twelve hours before someone finally got it fixed. The bed sheets and blankets were fresh but had old stains, many of which appeared to have been blood. The AC fan made the sound of a wounded moose when it cycled off. The walls were dirty, with many gouges and holes in the drywall. The only positive was the place allows pets to stay free.

Third time staying there recently. It has become my home for when I stay in Waycross. The rooms are immaculate and everything works. There’s a very good Applebees in the same parking lot. Very close to the mall and overall convenient area. Can’t beat it for the price.

2nd time staying here. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff is very friendly and responsive. I’ve found my new home for my fishing excursions in the Waycross area.
