One star is being generous. I was highly disappointed in this property. Our first room had a pair of dirty underwear in it. No hand soap in the bathroom. Very disappointed.

Do not stay here, it's absolutely disgusting.

I don't know if I just got the most run-down room or if they're all like this but WOW. I have not seen a room this bad probably ever! Everything was broken or falling apart. Every inch of the walls had marks, holes, or stains on it. The shower was disgusting. It was evident no one cleaned the fridge by the beer left in it and under the beds is never cleaned because there was stuff visible by me just checking no one was under there. "Premium bedding" is an absolute lie. Pillows were like the 40 year old ones your grandma has in her house- small, flat, & stained. No elevator to the second floor either. This shouldn't even be a last resort type of hotel, drive further if this is your only option.

The shower had holes in it and the shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottle are attached to the shower wall and have clearly been used.The room had a bad smell to it and the tv quality and channel quantity are reminiscent of late 90’s “style”. I was also double charged for my pet fee after explicitly stating that I only had one pet(they also have cameras, so he should’ve seen that I only had one.
