Checked in early staying two nights was not asked if we wanted to be around pets. First night dog running up and down hall for 2 hours from 8pm until 9pm. Then again at 3AM. Room was not cleaned on day two. Went down and told desk personal at 3:00 pm that room had not been cleaned. Told they were trough for the day and would not be cleaned until the next day. Told them that did not do me any good as I was checking out the next day. I would think it should be the responsibility of the person in charge of housekeeping to ensure all rooms were cleaned. Told them I needed towels, and they said no problem they would take care of that. Came back to room at 11:00 pm that night there were no new towels. Had to go back down to desk and get towels and toilet paper. At 6:30 am the next morning woke up to dog barking in next room. When I made reservations did not know I was staying at a kennel. I definitely would not recommend this motel. Customer service terrible. Had two more reservations for the motel in the coming weeks but as you can expect I canceled them.

Room was very large and welcoming. There was trash found in the closet and only 1 extra roll of tp paper (we had 5 guest) The pool was fun for child not deep so he could swim freely. Outside was furnished nice with warm lighting

Wonderful stay in a seemingly new hotel. All features, designs, appliances, and furniture were new. So new that the street address did not show up in my car. Breakfast good.

The beds were very soft, so if you like a firm mattress these aren’t for you. The fridge in the room did not work, it was cool when we checked in, but that night we went to take our ice packs out and they were hot along with our drinks. Breakfast was delicious and the staff for the most part were super friendly and willing to help in away they could. The location is great with plenty of dining options for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Wonderful single night stay at this hotel, I was uncertain where to book when there is so much choice but would 100% stay here again. We had such a warm welcome from Zoe on reception who was helpful and patient with our questions. The room was perfect for us and our three children with plenty of space for bags (so much better than the Hyatt hotel we had stayed at in Washington the previous two nights at more than double the price). Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The pool was a good temperature and clean. All the staff we met were warm and helpful, thank you and I hope we can return someday.

Waited at the counter for 10 min before someone showed up to start checking people in. Our room had a nice couch in it. But there was a couple of ugly brown stains on it. We notified the front desk. They didn’t offer to remove it or replace it. We did not set anything on it. Room had a beautiful view of the mountains.
