We stayed here twice in one week for the halfway point of our trip to Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend. The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent!

Room is big and clean. Front desk lady was very nice, shared all details for breakfast and WiFi and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The hotel is next to the highway so if your room is close to it, you can hear a bit of the road. It’s not very noisy but if you are sensitive to noise, it could be bothersome. Overall clean, welcoming, well located hotel.

Property was generally excellent. However, we stayed in a room where the previous guest (s) had pets in the room and room had a strong odor of dogs. As a pet owner, I would prefer that pets be confined to specific rooms or floors so that those without pets dont have the odor. The room appeared clean but the chair and carpet smelled the most.

Disappointing Stay - Room Was Not as Advertised

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn was quite disappointing due to an issue with my room reservation. I had specifically booked and paid for a King Room with a Sofa Bed, as advertised on Hotels.com. ​ However, upon check-in, I was given a standard King Room without a sofa bed. This significantly diminished the value of my booking and was not the accommodation I had paid for. The hotel staff did not offer a solution or compensation for this discrepancy. ​ I was very dissatisfied with this experience. When a guest pays for a specific room type, it is reasonable to expect that they will receive what they booked. This was not the case here. I hope the hotel and Hotels.com can address this issue for future guests.

Checked in early staying two nights was not asked if we wanted to be around pets. First night dog running up and down hall for 2 hours from 8pm until 9pm. Then again at 3AM. Room was not cleaned on day two. Went down and told desk personal at 3:00 pm that room had not been cleaned. Told they were trough for the day and would not be cleaned until the next day. Told them that did not do me any good as I was checking out the next day. I would think it should be the responsibility of the person in charge of housekeeping to ensure all rooms were cleaned. Told them I needed towels, and they said no problem they would take care of that. Came back to room at 11:00 pm that night there were no new towels. Had to go back down to desk and get towels and toilet paper. At 6:30 am the next morning woke up to dog barking in next room. When I made reservations did not know I was staying at a kennel. I definitely would not recommend this motel. Customer service terrible. Had two more reservations for the motel in the coming weeks but as you can expect I canceled them.

Room was very large and welcoming. There was trash found in the closet and only 1 extra roll of tp paper (we had 5 guest) The pool was fun for child not deep so he could swim freely. Outside was furnished nice with warm lighting

Wonderful stay in a seemingly new hotel. All features, designs, appliances, and furniture were new. So new that the street address did not show up in my car. Breakfast good.
