The hotel smelled very musty and old. The blankets and shower curtain was worn. The bed was very comfortable. There was not even a trashcan outside the entrance.

Overall our stay was okay. I think the room was fairly clean but due to how rundown the place is, it felt dirty. I have no idea how this place has an 8.8 average rating. I’m not sure I’d give it a 7. Not worth $130+ a night.

Stay was average, the air conditioner was leaking and the carpeting was soaked, there was a mildew smell in the room. We also had a few bugs (unknown type) in the bathroom. Trash was emptied and beds/bathroom were nicely cleaned during the day. Two days prior to our stay, the hotel charged my card, they also re-ran my card twice on arrival. This put my bank account close to $1000 overdrawn for many days and my car payment declined due to this reason. Be careful what card you put on file for your reservation. Area felt safe, and close to a lot of fast food and stores, but price felt a bit high for the quality.

Mitch and his team took great care of my Dad and I. Very clean hotel. Great location. Excellent value. I highly recommend. If we pass through Mineral Wells again we will stay there!!

The hotel room was gross.

The hotel was very run down. The furniture was in bad shape and very beat up. The bathroom was missing a light fixture and the grout was coming off and moldy. There was dried liquid/water running down the wall. Something was all over the ceiling. The hotel room was gross.
