Employees are awesome room not so much
The staff made up for the room. The room smelled like wet old carpet. The bed was not comfortable nor the pillows. As I said though the employees there were friendly and helpful.

Desk clerk was awesome and let us check out a little late since the funeral we had to go to was 3 hours after checkout and only 30 minutes away. Didn’t like the fact that occupants were put right above us and made noise (loud noises) all night.

Disappointing
Room was dirty. Had dried up food in and on the carpet, had dark stains on the ceiling, and grimy handprints on the doors and furniture. There wasn’t any soap for the bathroom sink or the shower. When we asked about it we were told they were out. The walls were so thin we could hear people talking in the front lobby even though we were several rooms down. The hotel was noisy and it made it difficult to sleep. There were ants in the bathroom. This hotel is very outdated and still has old carpet in it. The bathroom had been updated but done poorly and the mold was still seeping through.
