Convenient for travelers. Property appears to be getting updates, but they are not complete. This is likely a result of supply-chain disruption. The room was reasonably clean and had a comfortable mattress.

Horrible hotel room ever.

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen. I regret not taking pictures. Words can't describe how ugly and bad it has been kept. Never ever would I recommend this place

The first room was horrible. The door didn't lock, it reaked of smoke,it was filthy, looked like it was under construction. Walls had placess that had been patched andnot painted, mirror was laying on the floor , no phone, TV didn't work, infested with Roaches and carpet and bathroom were filthy. 2nd room was better, door at least locked, smelt better, carpets and bathroom were filthy, faucet in tub was leaking, plumbing in tub was broken, infested with Roaches, no phone, and 10 to 12 people outside my room drinking and partying with music playing loud. I stayed here 2 yrs ago and was a completely different experience and is why I came back. When I complained to the front desk I was told they were completely booked and had to put me on the back side that was in not good shape. I made reservations a week in advance. I will not be back to this place again and will inform our local reuion committees of my experiences. We usually have 10 to 15 members stay here. I am very disappointed in the decline of the hotel in just 3 years.

The room was awful, the door had a big gap in the frame. There were screws sticking out of the walls. The light switches were bashed in. The only light avail was from lamps that were half falling apart. the TV looked like it was about to fall off the tv mount. There was rust in the bathroom and the towel rack. There were big patches on the walls. There was rust on the mini fridge and microwave. The only thing that did was properly was the air conditioner.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It smelled horrible and was filthy. The at the front desk was rude, there were doors slamming , people yelling and babies crying all night. Roaches in the room. Microwave was broken. have pics of all the filth.

worst weekend getaway ever pics are not real

Okay so the pics on hotels.com are not the way th hotel is. Where to start? Paid extra to check in early was told 25$-card was debited not approx 29. Went to sleep should’ve stayed asleep. Worst weekend getaway ever. Water in shower was ice cold, sink was scalding hot. Tv didn’t work. When I asked about it I was asked”did you turn it on?” Roaches in the shower roaches in the sink. Every time I left the room the card wouldn’t work to re enter. “Buffet” included no coffee no juice no toast no butter no meat; only cereal, warm milk and waffles. Heard another dad with his kids say “I guess you get what you pay for” I was thinking the same thing. Luckily I didn’t have my kids with me. The solution for everything was “when the manager gets here” manager never showed up. Needed a weekend getaway escape, got what I paid for, a horrible experience. Almost 100% Of the time when you wake up on the last morning of your trip you think”ah man I don’t want to leave” all I thought was damn I’m ready to get out of here

Room was covered in dead and live crickets and other bugs. Immediately upon arrival smoke detector was beeping and maintenance was not on property to fix it. Towels had brown stains on them. The jacuzzi tub which was the entire reason for picking the room/hotel didn't work. Staff was polite and understandable when we requested a refund and left.

The pictures on line were very misleading. The AC was poor. The breakfast area had only three chairs for all guests. We were there three days and the trash wasn’t removed once. The cleaning lady was smoking as she cleaned the rooms. It was just very disappointing. We had a total of three rooms. We will be more careful when booking in the future.

Not clean at all! Used soap in the bathroom, cockroach in the wash cloth, dirt in the floor, broken shower, dirty nasty bathroom door, this was the 3rd room we went to. The first two smelt of mold and mildew, the young man at the front desk said it was the air fresher they use. Do not stay here! When I checked the reviews the most recent ones were good, so I thought I would give them a chance! Huge mistake! Idk who wrote those reviews but they did not stay here!!! This place is disgusting.
