I had booked the room with hotels.com even though I am a Wyndham rewards member. The clerk was not very friendly at all and refused to even think about giving us adjoining rooms with a family member that was going to be checking in the following day, or even consider putting them on the same floor with us. after he assigned our room, I asked about the Wyndham rewards points letting him know I was a rewards member. He changed his attitude after that and said he would make a note and try to get my other family kind of close to us. When they checked in the following day, they were right next door. Even though he said their was someone in our adjoining room for the entire weekend, we never saw or heard anyone. The door to our room would not close. Luckily we noticed it before we left to go anywhere because it did not close at all. When I went to get the clerk. He worked with it a minute and slammed it really hard, harder than I could since I am small, and he got it to close. There was still a huge gap in the door and you could see anyone or anything that walked by, and they could see inside the room as well. We could use the double lock if we were inside the room so no one could get in, but if you left the room, you had to really work with it to get it to close. Upon leaving I could not get it to close at all. The clerk said he would come fix it but never did. Something bit my grandson when he got on the bed and left a whelp. At breakfast there was a roach crawling up the wall

It was a nice hotel however, the hallway carpets were stained and had bleached out spots. The room had stains on the one set of sheets so we choose the other bed to sleep in. Also, there were holes in one of the pillow cases. It was a safe area and if necessary, I would stay here again.

Room floor and bathroom were dirty. I used the towel made to step out of shower on to wet and mop floor. Room smelled like smoke. Hallways smelled like smoke. Had to walk down stairs at 10pm to get iron and ironing board. It wasn’t the worst place but I was glad it was only one night.

Lot was small and could use resurfacing. Somehow always found a spot close to the entrance. Floor of room was sticky or had a residue like the floor didn't get completely cleaned - didn't feel like I could go barefoot. Free breakfast was okay. There's limited space for offerings so it was all carb heavy. It would be nice to see if some fruit and/or eggs, ham or bacon, could be added. Waffle maker made four mini-waffles, which I found unusual/different.

We were here a short time but loved the comfortable the bed and room. It was quiet and served a breakfast that had their little dining area full of guests. The morning we left the elevator was out of service. We were on the second floor so it didn’t cause us any problem. Overall it was a wonderful hotel for us!

Don’t sleep on this Super 8!!! The rooms were spacious and updated. Very convenient to shopping, food, gas and highway. The staff was very nice. Very get the bang for your buck, would stay there again.
