Room was great, Juliette balcony with view on to the road below. Bed very comfortable, lovely pillows Bathroom on the smallish side, but adequate - washing machine also in the bathroom. Air con is by way of a portable fan, didn't use it as not warm weather outside. A lounge chair, and table with two chairs, all the usual kitchen appliances. Only downside: the fridge was a bit noisy, but still managed to sleep OK.

I was really hapy with this place. It is a bit tired but for the price it had an excellent room set up. Except, that the coffee machine didnt work and i called the "24/7" reception at 7am multiple times and no one answered. I left a message asking them to call me back to help and im still waiting 4 days later....so, if anyone's reading this. The coffee machine in 504 doesnt work. Otherwise for the price, I would have rated 5/5.

Great location, great service and pleasant room.
Lovely staff at reception. Great location. Easy walk for shopping, restaurants and TSB Arena. Bright room. Paid car parking opposite for $28 per 24 hours in and right rights very convenience but tight car park better fit smaller car. Had minor maintenance issues which was fixed immediately Well Done! Bathroom little small but has a washing machine in it if required. Recommend good value for money.
