The equipment and furnishings are delapidated - leaking 'fridge, two nespresso machines that didn't work. Overall, v tired. Staff try their best, but they are struggling with poor material. Needs substantial investment.

The right side of the bed wasn't comfortable so i used the left side, the snall fridge made sounds all the time the ventilation runs alone every niw and then. The staff are cery helpful the location is excellent but the furniture is old.

Esentials covered - loction, coffee + eco-friendly

Good sized room (25m2), no air con but sliding doors that open with safety barrier gave excellent air flow. Great having basic kitchen conviences plus a nespresso,and a washing mashing which is great for longer stays. Quiet, and great location for walking in Wellington. Raglan roast (primo + cheap) coffee next door.

It was everything we needed. Nothing flash but worth the next option up and not having the bed in the living area, as it would have been right by the road otherwise.. Enjoyed staying in a different part of the city rather than right in centre. Not sure what it would be like when students are around.

Great location in the City. The Airport Express stops just around the corner. Lots of eating options on the doorstep. The Arlo Cafe opposite is superb. The staff are very friendly and there is a pillow menu. If you are thinking of leaving your bags be aware that reception is manned from 7am to 10am and 1pm to 7pm.
