Very old apartment with little ventilation and no air con vent. Only unprotected heaters and 2 standing fans in small, tiny, narrow rooms. Kitchen floor was oily, poor mattress/bed quality, easily moving bed frames, no view out of window, no security seen and overall an uncomfortable stay. I was supposedly given VIP Access on Expedia, but my family was placed in the main building, in a 1st floor tiny unit which looked nothing like advertised. The good thing about this apartment is location which is in CBD area and stores and food options are aplenty. Carpark is included for those who drives.

Check in was efficent, room was clean and the products were nice. Also, they allowed me to borrow a phone charger when I accidently left mine at home. Considering the expense of the room I didnt expect to be kept awake 2 nights in a row with the on and off water noise coming through the wall. It sounds like a waterfall is going to come through your bedroom wall. This issues really needs to be addressed.

A great location and great size room-we got the two bedroom-but more run down than expected. I think they are going to renovate both sides but have only done one tower? Good size kitchen and living space lots of windows and nice views from balcony. Weird drain middle of the kitchen floor and smell in the washer just overall in need of a bit of an update.

Nice 3 night stay in Wellington, clean, comfortable and really convenient stay at Boulcott Suites. Bed was nore comfy than it looked, had decent amenities and was close to all we needed whilst visiting Wellington. Parking was good, despite being in different tower to which we stayed - pretty muched walked everwhere and knew car was safe. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful, n their makeshift location whilst Reception area was being renovated. All in all a great few days.

WOW weekend
It is a nice clean apartment, quiet. We stay here often when in Wellington. The mattress was very lumpy but apart from that ok. Handy to everything Some challenges around other people being given our room but management sorted and let us know and gave us a free breakfast which was nice. The original arrival was a bit of a letdown around expectations and loyalty additions. we have stayed here a number of times but told we were not VIPs this time and not entitled to the bonuses. Not the usual reception in the room either. Management did respond after the fact which was appreciated. Still, a great place to stay and highly recommend Neo for breakfast

Very disappointed to receive an unexpected phone call four months after making our booking via Wotif to be told that the room had been overbooked and was not available and that we could either choose a lesser room or change hotels. As such, we choose the lesser room as it was the best option available. Our room was clean and tidy but the heat was unbearable and having the window open was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. Showers were short as the water temperature fluctuated considerably. On the whole, very disappointed.
