I stayed in a room with two double beds. One of the beds had a very comfortable mattress, but the other one—especially the left side—was not as good and could use some improvement. Also, the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working, which caused the room to get pretty foggy during showers. Aside from those issues, everything else was okay. The staff were very helpful—thank you!

Great location within easy walking distance of Central Wellington. Staff very good and honest although the breakfast chef needs to lift his game as many of the trays for the breakfast buffe were either emopy or very close to.

Great hotel

Always love staying here! Disappointed with the parking situation, first in, first served. In communications regarding parking, we should have been informed there was a function on for 3 days so there wouldnt be any parking available. Great clean room and comfy bed. Shower didnt stay at same temp, kept going hot and cold both evening and morning. Great view of harbour. Breakfast was held in another room due to function and there werent enough tables. Buffet had a great selection, very yummy!

Great place to stay in wellington with an amazing harbour view day or night. The room was a great set out although a little tired but very comfortable bed and excellent waterfront location. Will go back again

Good hotel in great location

For a family group the room we chose, with one queen and two single beds was ideal. The room was tidy and clean. The location is very handy for the Te Papa end of Wellington too. Parking is available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.
