I stayed at this property for 9 days and it had everything one needs including a fridge, microwave, oven, sink and every kitchen gadget along with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. My room was clean and well appointed. My room was essentially a studio apartment. The prices are very reasonable. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Green Gables will be my go to stay on my next trip to Lower Hutt, Wellington.

Perfect for a night or two. A few areas could do with a clean. The kitchen, bathroom & bed linen were nicely cleaned. The windows & garden area out back could all be better. Guess I am a bit fussy when it comes to cleanliness.
