The room was clean and tidy. A staff was quite accomodating and helped us to find a room since we arrived a bit earlier than the supposed check-in time. But, the air conditioning system in our room was not that good(blows warm air), and there was a smell coming off from the drain inside the toilet. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Had a wonderful experience at ibis Wellington! It was a very good price, considering that breakfast was included, and was so amazing! There was an abundance of options, including Gluten Free options. It felt like an expensive breakfast included in a cheap room. The room seemed soundproof, and private.

Terrible check-in experience - Danuca was very unhelpful, couldn’t tell us where the nearest parking was and when we asked for a higher floor he said nothing was available, we got to our room and it smelt like urine. When we went to reception to request a change again the lady on reception was more than happy to help facilitate the change implying lots of rooms were available and gave us lots of useful information about the area. The hotel is quite dated but good location in the city.

Nice shower pressure in the rather small shower. The hot water took a verrrrry long time to come through in the morning, (but was ok at night). The plugging mechanism in the ensuite sink in our room would not stay down resulting in the inability to fill the basin. I did inform the desk staff of this so hopefully it will be dealt to.
