While we love staying at this hotel (our 2nd time), things we didn’t like about this room were, it was next to the gym (could hear people running on the treadmill at night and early in the morning), it had a shower over the bath which splashed water all over the floor and the toilet paper was 1 ply. The kitchen felt like it was a bit lacking. No cutlery apart from teaspoons, no microwave or toaster. Just felt like last time it was pure luxury but this time the extras felt like they were being skimped on. But beautiful decor and clean. So spacious and beds so comfortable.

Fantastic place to stay, great location, great feel to the place. The lift is slow and there was only 1 accessing our part of the hotel, but this wasn’t the end of the world. I did choose to take the stairs down from 6th floor one day as the lift was being held on another floor, but it wasn’t bad at all. One thing that really frustrates me is having light switches on the outside of the bathroom, so you get up in the night while others are asleep in the room and have to use cell phone torch to light the bathroom or you’ll wake everyone up with the light from the bathroom before you shut the door. They are not alone in this, but it is a crazy feature, that would be worth the cost to alter.

The staff night and morning were the most helpful and friendliest staff I have ever meet. Would make the effort to make sure everything was fine every time we went passed.
