The room was nice, clean and spacious. The service and amenities were fantastic. The view was of a carpark and other buildings, making the room quite dark which made it a little depressing to spend a lot of time in.

Parking is off-site and a convoluted process to access. Parking was extra (neither identified previously when booking) Front desk was not clear on the parking options. Comfortable bed. Right downtown. Following a two hour parking experience I would not recommend this hotel.

Very quiet. Polite and helpful staff. Convenient to dining options, transport and shopping. Was a short walk to my conference facilities. There were enough people downtown to make walking to and from dinner safe. I like that the hotel was accessed by card into the lobby from the street and in the lift to the upper floors, so was secure.
