My room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Two minor issues: the dishes etc. provided for the kitchenette were largely on shelves too high for a short person like me to reach. If you are short, be prepared to ask staff to help with this! Also, Wellington's central area is very quiet on weekends and is somewhat far from Cuba St. and other places with good nightlife. However, it is an easy walk to the popular wharf area.

It’s a lovely property, but there is nowhere to park near the property to enable you to check in, and car parking is very difficult to access. Recommend the property only if you don’t need parking.

The apartment was comfortable, quiet and located in a very convenient location in the middle of town. The bus stop was at the door, the harbour was close and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Quest 256 is conveniently located in downtown Wellington. The studio was small but very comfortable and well equipped (2-ring cooktop, microwave and dishwasher). Many of Wellington’s top attractions ( cable car, botanic gardens, Te Papa, etc.) are within walking distance.

Quest was very conveniently located in the downtown area. Easy walk to the harbor and other scenic areas. Parking can be difficult, so be sure to reserve a parking space when booking and be sure to drop off and pick up luggage at the entrance, as the parking garage is a bit of a walk and up several flights of stairs.

Lovely quaint structure hidden between vibrant shops and eateries. Available gym facilities just a couple blocks away. Buses immediately outside the door. Room was efficient with small kitchen and laundry. Only concern was the fire alarms alerted due to leaking sprinklers near building entrance. All good once fire department allowed guest to return to their rooms.

The hotel was nice. Easy places to walk for dinner. Great shopping area. AND....FANTASTIC customer service. I forgot a pair of earrings, not expensive, but sentimental. They reached out before I had even landed at home to ask about returning them to me. Made my week!
