I was really disappointed that the did not provide our room to get serviced. Also found checking in through a phone to be put on hold then to get through the door and have to use another phone only to be put onhold again. This was only 5pm on a Saturday

This is the 2nd time of staying here in a couple of months. This was because our son had a flat in John Street, so the convenience of Quest was great. It was in walking distance for them & to meet for resturants etc A very comfortable stay. Parking was a bonus too.

I did not get to sleep until after midnight as the "guests" in the room next to mine were using a tumble drier ehich was causong a hell of a noise in my room and reverberating through the wall until 11.30pm and according to the hotel staff member who came to see me, as the hotel provides a tumble drier in the room, the guest is entitled to use it whenever they want?? So by that reckoning i had a tv in my room and so I can play that all night at full volume with no concern about disturbing other guests then. Absolute joke of a response and i checked out early as sleep was not going to be had there. You need to change your policy and NO one needs to be using a tumble drier at thay time of night!! Ps it was dry in Wellington that day so want like they were drying clothes that got wet that day!

The Quest Petone is our go to when we travel down to see family or just have time out. Close enough to the city and other outer lying areas, Petone itself has a vibe all it's own - love it! The Quest is clean, safe if travelling on my own, the staff are awesome - staying here always makes our trip enjoyable.
