Booked in to this Hotel in a very busy weekend for Wellington with both WOW and the rugby on. The young man at reception (Eric I think) was incredibly helpful with his suggestions and very cheerful. The room was on the road side and was clearly not double glazed as it was really noisy.The room was tidy but there was a lot of dust on the top of the heater. Great location.

Excellent as always, though only noticed the smoke alarm in the room had a plastic bag tied around it when I woke up in the morning... some ferals out there! Did notify reception checking out - hopefully a one off/irregular occurence.

Amazing place to stay. We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms. Amazing view, room for all 6 of us to spend time visiting Wellington. Walkable to shopping and dining. Clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed as a traveling family. Definitely recommend!!

The stay was great nice clean rooms. But we were not told the car parking garage gets locked until 5.30am and we needed a code to get in and out during these hours. Had to ring someone at 3am to get the codesomeone

We had the 2 bedroom apartment, and it was absolutely perfect for our stay with our daughters. Super close to Te Papa, we just strolled down. The pool was so great for our kids. Staff were very friendly, even the cleaner was super nice in the hallway. Lovely big balcony, some chairs would’ve been nice out there. Constructive criticism would be needing a blanket on the beds, there were none on the cupboards and we woke quite cold. Also no layer between bottom sheet and mattress on the single beds, which was a bit of a hygiene no. Very loud rubbish/recycling trucks emptying large bins directly across the road between 3:30am and 5am every morning, loud crashing echoing into our room and waking everyone. Aside from this we had a wonderful time in Wellington and the hotel was great, thank you

Location was good and staff were nice. The kitchenette was well equipped. There were a few negatives. We paid extra for a city view and our second floor room looked straight into a garage. We were moved to a higher floor. The view was nicer but the room was quite small. A lot of suds bubbles out of the bathroom drain when someone took a shower. The tv didn’t reach around properly so you could watch it from bed. The washing machine was out of order. Overall it was just ok.

Clean apartment in great location. Jordan at reception was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Gym needs updating but the swimming pool is fun as it protrudes off building! Great views from gym and pool too.

Positives: Staff are super nice and helpful; property is a great location to get around Wellington -- short stroll from the big museum, shopping, waterfront, groceries, tourist attractions, etc. Rooms are spacious and very clean; quite comfortable. Good value given NZ prices. Things to know: Gym needs some work as equipment is limited and some even went missing; needs more kitchen dishware and utensils in the room; and some rooms have no view at all of anything (mine was a brick wall).

The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Parking is easy under the building, only negative was the thick layer of grease around the edge of the swimming pool.

For a studio apartment the space is fantastic. For people travelling for work a huge table to work on. The kitchen area is well specked - hot plate full size, full size oven and a good microwave Accessible to grocery stores within 10 minutes of working Lovely apartments - will stay again

The bathtub shower is hard to climb in and no hand rails to support for safety in the shower. The shower bathtub is even more dangerous for elderly people to climb in for showers
