A real gem for the price!
Really enjoyed my stay here. Was surprised how nice the room and hotel was for the price, a great deal. Great art-deco vibes, comfortable and clean room, updated fixtures in the bathroom. Staff were helpful, included breakfast and coffee was delicious. Location is very much downtown, which includes the usual tradeoffs: some unhoused folks and party people, but easy access to transit, activities, museums, and great restaurants. The Dragons Restaurant right next door was fantastic!

We inadvertently booked an "accessible" room. It was very spacious and well equipped. It even had a washing machine and dryer. I was a little disappointed that there was no proper window, but it was very quiet as a consequence. A light breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great home base in downtown Wellington
Weather was mixed as usual for December, but being downtown meant easy access to Te Papa (4 min walk), transport, and food options. Our 2 bedroom suit had all cooking essentials and things like dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent…making life easy. Very comfortable beds. Balcony with nice view, only trouble was the flies.

Great location. Convenient to many activities, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is the biggest drawback. VERY limited continental breakfast with no variation from day to day. Sitting to eat is another problem. Hardly any areas to sit and most are uncomfortable.

This hotel is a little gem in Wellington CBD. We stayed in a studio room, which is spacious, clean, bright, well equipped, and ultra-modern. The room has lots of amenities including a towel warming rack, a stacking washer and dryer with detergent. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay in Wellington CBD.

Wonderful new hotel in a great location
Loved the location close to many restaurants and the waterfront. Washer and dryer in the room plus kitchenette was a plus and complimentary welcome drinks in the room was a nice surprise! Parking is street metered parking or a garage a few blocks down not ideal but manageable!
