Definitely a cost effective option - but in hind sight, you get what you pay for. in my opinion better suited for single or younger people and those not spending any time in their room - Bathroom sharing did not work for us. Overall, the facilities were minimal, dated and in need of some TLC but the service and simplicity in coming and going worked well for us since we were out all day... Overall satisfied but would not use again.

conscious folks willing to skip a few amenities. It was clean and the staff were quick to answer questions. But the front door did not lock. Two of the plugs in the room and the fan in the bathroom did not work. The breakfast was ok but the room was small with really nowhere to sit.

The room I stayed in wasn't worth $202 toilet bathroom was very stinky tv wasn't working no windows no ac even the heater wasn't working aswel we had to sleep in cold. There was no extra blanket. It was our first trip to Wellington but we've experienced this was terrible I would never go this hotel ever again. Staffs are very tricky they say something on phone when u go there they provide u the little as room. It was pathetic.

Something different. On a side street of Wellington so lots of option for parking, and dinning within walking distance. Property in need of basic maintenance. However, Spa is functional and a nice touch for the middle of Wellington.

It's a basic room. The drawback was that the bed was tired and I never could get the wifi to work. On the plus side, it was nice to have a desk to work on and it was only a few minutes walking distance from Cuba street.
