Easy walking distance to the harbour, Te Papa, etc. Fairly old building with tired looking decor but clean and spacious. No scenic view or air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was average. Bed and duvet were okay. Good for a night or two stays for business.

We liked the convenient location. The staff were very pleasant. Clean facilities and good Wi-Fi. Didn't like setup of the room, especially bathroom wasn't user friendly. Bed was not real comfortable. Seemed mattress needed replaced.

This property is in a great location, close to everything and quiet. The rooms were large, clean, well stocked, although basic amenities. However for the price with breakfast it was great value.

It was a short walk to Michael Fowler Centre where the Aglow national conference was being held. Thank you for the free taxi service from the airport to West Plaza Hotel

We thought the staff were very good and friendly even though there was major construction and development going on hence the street was closed to the entrance for traffic so parking wasn’t so easy to access but they were so helpful
