I always stay here when I need a hotel in Wells. The staff is super friendly and helpful, everything is always clean, breakfast is great and parking can't be any easier or convenient! There's a shopping center within walking distance and lots of places to eat as well.

It's a very nice hotel. No restaurant, but there's a great brewery/tavern across the street. I didn't need, but got a spacious, accessible room. This is a fine place to sleep and do some work. There is a pool and workout room, but I am not taking advantage of those. Would highly recommend for anyone doing business in the area or vacationing nearby. Good value.

The hotel and the staff that we met during our stay were excellent. The check in process was smooth, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was also very good. However, when traveling to the hotel, I called to get information on room rates and I was given some very inaccurate information about pricing and availability. I called because I was driving and looking online was not really possible. When I stopped for dinner I went online and got the rate that the person on the phone told me unavailable. Please do not mislead customers.

Good place overall. Giving a 3 star because the water pressure is terrible!!! Shower water comes out so slow took me 10 minutes to rinse my hair. Didn’t even wash my hair the next day because the water is so slow. My garden hose has faster pressure. I reported to front desk on day one. Left and water pressure still wasn’t fixed.
