Very easy to pull into and park and unload necessary overnight luggage. The room was very clean and had a good clean aroma in it. All national parks and points of interest for me was very handy and convenient. Thank You Colton Point Staff, Good job...

This motel was cozy and conveniently located. The property manager was very friendly, and though not free, breakfast was reasonably priced. I asked ahead and was able to have a nice hot cup of coffee as I watched the sunrise over the pond. Lovely.

The room is small and outdated, but clean. Bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was great. TV didn't work well and the Wifi couldn't ever connect. AC/Wall heater buttons didn't work to turn it on or off (buttons smashed or missing). Breakfast wasn't great (undercooked and very great omelet and couldn't get any coffee until 8 a.m. However, the staff are super friendly and the location is fantastic if exploring the PA Grand Canyon.

Clean room and great breakfast (extra reasonable cost). Very convenient for getting to both sides of the PA Grand Canyon and to rental of bikes for riding the on the Pine Creek Trail.

It was easy access to our room but room was very small! The room was very neat and clean! Although I would prefer a handrail in the shower and the toilet was shoved up against the wall not allowing enough space for comfort! Very nice people manage the place and breakfast was good for an added cost!

A great place next to the Grand Canyon of PA

Wonderful location. Next to a small pond. Many hiking trails. Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Really good breakfast. Even my vegetarian girlfriend had some bacon-she couldn’t resist it’s irresistible scent. It is a bargain but don’t expect a Ritz Carlton.
