The property is currently under going renovations. Our room was completely renovated, we were the first occupants. We had a king suite, it was great. Staff was very pleasant & extremely accommodating to us. We’ll definitely stay there again when in the area.

AC in our room did not work, blew out warm air. Called the front desk and they sent staff to check. He agreed it was not working properly. Was told the property was sold out so our room could not be changed. I asked if they had a fan and we were given a tower fan which helped move the warm air around. The tower fan had a temperature sensor and had our room at 80 degrees. There was a window to open however the screen had a hole in in it. On a positive note, the bed/mattress was comfortable.

Although the hotel is under renovation I loved our room and the frint desk staff was super nice and tried to be as accommodating as possible.

It was not great. I've stayed at this hotel in the past. It's close to Alfred and convenient for a visit. It was under construction and very dusty. All understandable, yet next to the breakfast area where food is prepared? yuck. My room was clean but smelled musty. There are not many choices in the area.
