Really wish we could rate this better. We arrived to find blood dried on our comforter and a long strand of hair with a nit or other item atrached to it in our bed. They moved us to a new room that was clean. We swam in the pool/spa. My husbands eyes bothered him within a very short time, by morning they were red, sore and light sensitive. Checkout was 11 am, at 9 am there was a qucik knock at the door and housekeeping entered bedore we could even get up to answer. Nice looking place, but they"ve got some issues to fix.

This is not my first stay here. I’ve stayed at the Comfort Suites & La Quinta and have to say that while Comfort Suites has better food service, overall La Quinta has better beds, plus very friendly and professional staff. My room was very clean and even better the bathroom was spotless. My only “complaint” is being called “honey” by a woman half my age. Plus perhaps having more than 1 baggage cart available. Over all I have to say, I will be staying here from now on whenever I come to Wenatchee.

The property was very clean. The internet was down as it had been for the past three days. I reserved three rooms. I asked if I could have one of the rooms with two queens but the clerk denied my request. She said the management would not allow that. Breakfast area needs more help. The gentleman was overworked and could not keep up with the guests.
