The mattress was old and saggy, bathroom could use and upgrade to higher toilet and safety bar in tub/shower. The fridge froze everything I put in it even on the bottom shelf. The breakfast was OK EXCEPT for the POWERED eggs. Would NOT recommend this lnn to anyone.

The Chieftain is getting a little long in the tooth … needs major updating … breakfast items were not hot

Carpets were stained. Beds had stained skirts, and were made sloppy. I asked for a little bit later checkout and was told it would be an additional $20.00. I have never had issues with other hotels in the area when requested.

There was a problem with some of the rooms on the bottom floor. But the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and moved us to a different area. The hotel is older and in general needs updating. The area was perfect. It was easy to get to everywhere that I wanted to go.

I paid extra for a room with a hot tub hoping that my lady and I could enjoy it together. What was there is a bathtub with jets in it. Maybe my fault for not confirming but still a disappointment.

It was a below average motel. I requested an accessible room which I got for the first two nights only to see the carpet was filthy with stains, it was next to a parking lot where semi trucks idled off and on all night long, and light bulbs were burnt out in the main entrance of the room. On the third day I requested a room for another night, the accessible room was unavailable. Staff took my credit card information and told me they could store my luggage and move it to the next room after the room was cleaned. I left for a conference. When I arrived back at the room at 4 PM in the afternoon, they had no reservation for me for the night, my luggage was still in the office, and I was put in a room next to the office where traffic was in and out all night. The shower was unusable and unsafe. Unfortunately, I got very little sleep that night either and checked out before 8 in the morning because I had had enough.

We stayed in room 164 and the beds were awful. Asked to change rooms moved to 162 where beds were fine. Just had drunk kids running above us for hours into the night tv does not allow you to do nextflix barly any channels. Pool was closed for the season but hot tub was available but the water was cold and the hot tub was half full badly above jets. Continental breakfast was decent besides the food being cold at 8:45 am

We asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room next to the train tracks. The furnishings were old and in disrepair. The windows and balcony were filthy. The businesses outside our windows had bright lights on all night. I would never stay here again. Terrible for the price.

After a long flight from alaska, i was looking forward to a nice hot shower and relaxing in bed. The sheets were filthy, the showe had hair all over inside it and the bathroom towel was so warn out, thin and very small

my wife and I went to The Gorge To catch a show. Hotel facilities are extremly limited around that venue. We have ioften stayed at this Best Western after a show. It is a good reliable, but not flashy, option
