A staff person tried walking into our room shortly after we arrived to tell us about turning off the water. There were strands of hair in shower and sink. On our 5 hour drive there, staff from hotel called and said they couldn’t get payment info from Expedia and basically wouldn’t hold our reservation until we called them and figured it out. Acted like they were full with no rooms. We figured it out and when we got to hotel it was a ghost town so not sure why they were freaking out.

The room decor was quite limited and the surfaces looked a bit dated. The cable TV didn't work easily which is unusual as for most hotels this is a no-brainer. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The complementary bottle of wine was also nice. Generally though I don't think I would pay extra for this hotel versus the Red Lion down the street.

Amazing that the pool was inside and outside and no one was at it and I could play music and it was open til midnight. Lovely free breakfast options. Kind helpful staff everywhere. Toilet could use a new toilet seat and chain it was very old looking and sounding. Shower could use a deep clean for stains. Comfortable pillows

Excellent value and service. We really appreciate the service from the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. We were disappointed the Rivertop restaraunt was closed due to systems issues and the beds seem a little smaller but otherwise it was very good.

Have stayed at the Coast Wenatchee several times. The location is great for all the shopping and restaurants etc on Wenatchee Avenue, its also walkable to Pybus Market which is always worth a visit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff and friendly, efficient and helpful. A great place to stay.

Nicely located in downtown Wenatchee and just a short walk to Waterfront Park. Lots of food options just off hotel property. The staff was very friendly. Pet friendly. Decent continental breakfast. Rivertop Bar & Grill currently closed.

The staff make this hotel more than worth its already affordable pricing. Our room was great - clean and quiet, and restaurants and shops are in walking distance. I’d definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

At one time this used to be a fabulous hotel. Now it is still good, but in need of a renovation. Great front desk staff, mediocre breakfast, spacious room, old aircon, good location.

Convenient location. We stayed just for a short stay but happy with ease of check in. Nice pool, friendly staff, even though there seemed to be a bit of a shortage. Some minor things missing - not enough towels by the pool, water tank empty in lobby. Happy and would come back.
