Decent stay, good location, but needs updating

Breakfast was very good actually. Staff did a good job of providing fresh items when supply was running short. Dining area was clean. Bed pillows were uncomfortable and bed skirts smelled. Room had some damage and some things barely hanging on. Was close to downtown and recreation areas and bus stop so that was good.

This is a great location and has a great breakfast for what it is. It's an older facility that has not kept on its maintenance but the 3 issues I reported to the front desk were taken care of that same day. Check in was painful due to the person working the front on that day but check out was painless. Parking sucks but that's not their fault and nothing can be done to fix it. I would stay again.

Great location, pretty dated. The bathroom wasn’t great, the rest was fine. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was great! We would stay again.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The condition of the room is showing its age. Torn shower curtain on loose rod, cracked tiles on bathroom floor, the bathroom door would not close. Price to quality ratio a little off but I know it is high season in Leavenworth. The breakfast buffet was very good, helpful staff and fresh hot selections.

This hotel is really more a motel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited, especially when the hotel is fully booked. The street traffic noise is loud and comes through the door.

Staff (namely Amanda and housekeeping) are absolutely wonderful, which is what makes the difference. Otherwise, basic hotel with general buffet breakfast. Easy 2-block walk to downtown or adventure park. Bed was comfortable. AC doesn't stay on thru night, so woke up several times either chilly or sweating, but this won't necessarily stop me from staying again. Water pressure was good enough, but both shower and sink were slow to drain. Showers not equal in all rooms: our 2nd room had a handheld shower head vs room #1s fixed. In short, good enough to lay my head down each night and get me off to a good start in the morning.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly. However, our main complaint is about the hotel's owners. Although guests must sign a note agreeing to keep noise levels down, the air conditioning in our room was excessively loud. We could hear every guest taking a shower or using the bathroom. The bathroom curtain was also broken, and we felt that the room was overpriced!
