Overall it was a pleasant stay. Facilities and breakfast are good. The only setback is being charged twice. I booked and paid thru expedia but when I checked my charges 2 days after, found out I was charged at the hotel again. I have disputed it with my credit card and kept calling the hotel. They do not seem interested in talking to me. No call back so far. It's been a week.I was told I was a "no show" for the expedia booking when they charged me for the same exact date. Yes, we showed up. I'm sure it was a mistake but at least talk to me to square it out.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a dog room since we brought out pups and it was still a very clean and modern room and interior. We were pleasantly surprised. The buffet could need more seating options. We had to eat in our room because it was overly crowed. We loved the pool and whirlpools and the receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming.

This stay was very comfortable as the hotel is very family-friendly. The price is definitely higher than I would have preferred for a one night stay, but due to the high demand of rooms on this particular weekend I was willing to pay it for my family and I.

We would definitely stay here again! The staff were excellent, very friendly and really went out of their way to help us. They recommended places in town to visit and made sure we had all the little extras we needed. We liked the location right behind Safeway because it was convenient to grab supplies, though not everyone might want that. The hotel is about 1 mile from Leavenworth, which is close enough to walk if the weather is good. But you can obviously drive too. Our room was nice, lots of plugins, places to charge devices. Good toiletries available if you forgot anything at home. TV was set with streaming services, which we appreciated. The ice machine wasn’t in use, but the lobby had pre-packaged ice bags, which was fine. Continental breakfast was included. Pretty standard stuff, waffles, fruit, eggs, yogurt, etc. They had a fitness room with a good bench and free weights, a decent cable machine and a few cardio machines. They also have a pool and hot tub, though we didn’t use it.
