The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were great. I was shocked that you have to PAY a daily fee to park there, and you have to pay for breakfast.

We had confirmed reservations secured with our credit card. We recieved a call the day of saying they overbooked and don't have a room for us. We were traveling and this was completely unacceptable and made our travels stressfull. We will never book again.

Liked the restaurant and breakfast. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, great breakfast. The dislikes.... shower head has no real pressure and the hot water not that hot. The beds are hard and lumpy. The $18 dollars for 2 bottles of water is ridiculous. I understand a upxcharge... but come on. I thought my booking said I was overlooking the river. I was overlooking the parking lot. Other than the couple of minor issues, we did enjoy our stay and would probably stay again.

OK after issue was addressed

We stayed for two nights - first night was problematic due to a very noisy AC system - couldn't sleep hardly at all. It sounded like a helicopter was hovering in the room even when it was on low. Our only alternative was to turn it off which meant it was too hot to sleep. When it was brought to the attention of management the next morning, they offered to send maintenance up. Maintenance was able to fix it and night two was fine. $10/night for parking in Wenatchee feels expensive and out of place.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in through the app was very easy. We got into town late had no problems, we’d already checked in. Room was nice and clean. Restaurant was nice we eat breakfast and dinner there. Had dinner on the patio and was served outside on the patio it was very nice. Beautiful view.
